Çalışanların yaşadıkları problemlere çözüm olarak hukuk birimimiz tarafından –sektörün tüm bileşenleri olarak beraber belirlediğimiz çalışma ilkeleri rehberliğinde- iş sözleşmeleri hazırlandı. İş tanımı, işin tarafları, ödeme düzeni, çalışma süresi ve birçok detayı içeren sözleşmeler Sinema ve Dizi projeleri için ayrı ayrı düzenlenmiştir.
Hazırlamış olduğumuz bu sözleşmeler; daha kurallı ve güvenceli iş ilişkileri ve setlerde çalışma mücadelemizde belirlediğimiz hedeflerimizin bu alandaki ilk adımı olarak görülmelidir.
Uygun bağlantıyı seçip, sözleşme metnini indirip, gerekli yerleri doldurup, en az 2 kopya olarak çıkış almanız gerekmektedir. Sözleşmelerin bir kopya sizde bir diğeri işverende kalacak şekilde imzalanıp muhafaza edilmelidir.
